The Skilling Queenslanders for Work initiative is managed by the Queensland Government Department of Employment, Economic Development and Innovation offering jobseekers customised employment and training assistance and helping Queensland to meet the demands of the labour market for a skilled workforce

As a provider of Skilling Queenslanders for Work, JOB futures SEQ offers job preparation assistance to disadvantaged jobseekers, particularly mature aged, parents and carers, within the Southport and Palm Beach areas.

Assistance provided includes:

• skills audit,
• personal and living skills development,
• job search, and
• job application training.

Participants are also able to undertake selected modules of accredited training from Certificate I & II in Business Services.
